Animal Ark was a Television adaption of the Animal Ark children's book series which was by a collection of authors under the direction of Ben M. Baglio using the pseudonym Lucy Daniels starting in 1994.
The Television series was broadcast on CITV starting in September 1997 and ran for two series, consisting of thirteen episodes.These episode were around 30 minutes.
The series has been largely forgotten by the internet but several episodes were released on VHS around the shows broadcast date.

Animal Ark is based on the popular book series by Lucy Daniels starring vet's daughter Mandy Hope and her best friend James Hunter. They both love animals and together they go through many adventures rescuing animals in the home village of Welford. And sometimes Mandy adventures with new friends. Join Mandy and her friends on adventures saving animals.
Thirteen-year-old Mandy loves animals. She knows a great deal about them as both her parents are vets and Mandy helps them in their surgery. This adventure series is set in the fictional village of Welford and revolves around the adventures of Mandy and her best friend James. Together they fight to save animals whenever they are injured, distressed or maltreated.
